I'm Nate, and I help busy professionals like you drop the 10+ pounds of fat you've been carrying around for years.

My journey to becoming a fitness coach began in high school. I was just a kid who liked football and worked out but was terrible at both. I started participating in sports and working out in my junior year of high school, which is considered quite late. I was also a skinny youngster who was bullied. The death of a family member, people criticizing me, and proving to myself that I can accomplish everything I set my mind to spurred me to improve at both. The whole process made me realize how much I like working out. Something about the self-improvement component made me addicted to physically improving myself throughout the years.

During this timeframe, people asked me if I could help them modify their bodies because my body had improved. I went from 138-140 pounds to around 185 pounds of solid muscle. From then on, I realized that assisting others with their fitness would be my life's work, and I've been doing it ever since. I also wanted to follow in the footsteps of my grandfather, Leonard Langley, a professional boxer and Hall of Fame coach, and I felt it would be nice to carry on his legacy in fitness rather than boxing. Despite being on the opposite end of the spectrum, I have specialized in assisting many people in losing body fat.

One of my clients, Steve, was having difficulty shedding body fat owing to his hectic schedule of working three jobs and barely having time to commit to his health. He has gained weight over the years, reaching a total weight of 280 pounds at one point. When Steve committed to training, we were able to lose 66 pounds over the course of a few months. Steve's problem of not having enough time to go to the gym was remedied with just 3 hours per week of training with me at a gym, keeping him accountable on my Greatisfit-branded app, and focusing on having dietary and exercise habits in place. He used to believe that he needed to go to the gym every day for more than an hour. Now he still has time to allocate to his work and social life and make progress.

I know that Steve is not the only one struggling to get results without spending countless hours at the gym.

That is why I decided to create a system with just 3 hours a week of training and 24/7 accountability outside of the gym to help each individual reach their goals.
